Standard and quality raw material are the essential requirements for any quality finished Produits. We import scrap and rework them to produce rods of desired shapes and sizes. We have Melting units to convert these scraps to raw materials for machining. We also get special graded Extruded Material as CZ 121, CZ122, HTB1, CuZn40, BS 319, C36000, C37000 etc. We provide tested certificates for materials with the supply. The third party inspection is also allowed on demand

Company has unique inspection to achieve goal to zero defect and rejection of any Produitss manufactured well experienced and regular trained, technocrat engineers, carry out the inspection on each individual Produitss. |
At the instruments are the heartbeats of the quality Produitss to assure good quality and competent instruments are required. Company has invested good amount behind this to have majority type of inspection instruments including all general purpose in instruments and gauges and other sensitive instruments.

This is being outsourced locally. There are many good electroplaters locally available, who can do golden plating, Silver Plating, Copper plating, Tin Plating, Lead Plating etc. |
We have quality control department, which ensuresthat each Produits manufactured as exactly to the print and each process are controlled and the quality of the parts maintained throughout the entire process. We provide inspection reports to our customers if required. |
